Prices are for standard residential work in our service area and are confirmed in writing before we start. They sit in line with published South Carolina averages of $60-$80 per room and $0.20-$0.30 per square foot. Rooms over 250 sq ft, heavy soil and pet contamination are quoted separately. No trip charge, no fuel surcharge, no card fee.

Four to six hours is typical. We finish every job with high-velocity air movers, and running your air conditioning afterwards speeds it up considerably in Lowcountry humidity.
Do you use steam cleaning or dry cleaning?
Truck-mounted hot-water extraction, which most people call steam cleaning, for the majority of residential work. It is the method carpet manufacturers specify. Low-moisture encapsulation is available for commercial floors that need to be back in service quickly.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
