Prices are for standard residential work in our service area and are confirmed in writing before we start. They sit in line with published South Carolina averages of $60-$80 per room and $0.20-$0.30 per square foot. Rooms over 250 sq ft, heavy soil and pet contamination are quoted separately. Stairs, pet treatment and upholstery are priced separately and listed in full on our price list. We quote in writing before we start, and the price does not change once we are on site unless you add work.
