Enzyme and sub-surface treatment for pet urine, vomit and lingering odor. From $40 per treated area.
Surface cleaning does not fix a pet problem. When urine soaks through carpet it spreads into the backing, the pad and often the subfloor, and the crystals left behind reactivate every time humidity rises. That is why an odor a customer thought was gone comes back on the first muggy day.
We locate the affected areas with a UV light and a moisture meter so we treat what is actually there instead of guessing. Light contamination is flushed with a sub-surface extraction tool that pushes solution into the backing and pulls it back out. Heavier contamination gets an enzyme digester left to dwell, and the worst cases need the pad replaced and the subfloor sealed, which we will tell you honestly before you pay for anything.
We are straight with customers about outcomes. Most odors clear completely. A few, where urine has been sitting for years or has reached a wood subfloor, need the pad cut out to be fully resolved, and we would rather quote that than take your money for a treatment that will not hold.
