Carpet cleaning across South Carolina runs roughly $60 to $80 a room, or $0.20 to $0.30 a square foot. Our rates sit inside that band — we are not the cheapest van in Goose Creek and we are not trying to be, because the cheap quote is usually the one that grows once someone is standing in your living room.
What you see below is what you pay. Pre-vacuuming, pre-treatment, moving the light furniture, grooming the pile and setting air movers are in the price, not extras. There is no trip charge, no fuel surcharge and no card fee.
The only things quoted separately are the ones nobody can price blind: pet contamination that has reached the pad, rooms over 250 sq ft, and rugs that need to come back to the shop. We tell you the number before we start.

Before You Book
Is the price on the phone the price I pay?
Yes, as long as what we find matches what you described. We confirm it in writing before anything comes off the truck, and it only changes if you add work.
Do you charge a trip fee for outlying towns?
No. Travel anywhere in our service area is included, from Goose Creek out to Moncks Corner, Mount Pleasant and Johns Island.
Why are you not the cheapest quote I have had?
A $25-a-room quote pays for a portable machine, a fast pass and an upsell once the crew is in the house. Our price covers truck-mounted extraction, pre-treatment and drying, and it is the number you actually pay.
Do you take cards?
Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, with no card surcharge. Payment is due when the job is finished.
Is there a discount for regular cleaning?
Commercial maintenance plans are 15% off list. For homes, ask when you book - repeat customers and multi-service jobs usually come out ahead.
