Prices are for standard residential work in our service area and are confirmed in writing before we start. They sit in line with published South Carolina averages of $60-$80 per room and $0.20-$0.30 per square foot. Rooms over 250 sq ft, heavy soil and pet contamination are quoted separately. No trip charge, no fuel surcharge, no card fee.

How much does carpet cleaning cost in Goose Creek?
Three rooms run $189 and a five-room whole house $329, which is in line with the $60-$80 per room that carpet cleaning averages across South Carolina. Stairs, pet treatment and upholstery are priced separately and listed in full on our price list. We quote in writing before we start, and the price does not change once we are on site unless you add work.
How long will my carpet take to dry?
Four to six hours is typical. We finish every job with high-velocity air movers, and running your air conditioning afterwards speeds it up considerably in Lowcountry humidity.
Do you use steam cleaning or dry cleaning?
Truck-mounted hot-water extraction, which most people call steam cleaning, for the majority of residential work. It is the method carpet manufacturers specify. Low-moisture encapsulation is available for commercial floors that need to be back in service quickly.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. Our standard solutions are non-toxic and residue-free once dry. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities when you book and we will adjust the products we bring.
Do you move furniture?
Light furniture is moved as part of the price. We leave beds, large china cabinets, pianos and anything mounted to the wall in place, and clean around them.
